POST-4 Midpoint Reflection
The organization were I intern is basically about scanning files and helping the employees toward they employement. all they document are scanned on sofware called onbase. Every one at my internship is very busy working on the employees document or answering they phone calls. Every time we check an employee document, they always ask us if everything is scanned on base and if something is missing we should put a not that says" pages missing need to be scanned on base. My Internship and our school is very different because you hear lot of noise in school and people are changing classes every time. At internship, everything is different becasue every body are doing they own work and it is a very quiet place because everyone is a profesonnal in here, so there is no time to play around. This is a good experience because you get the feeling of how the real world really look like. The experients you learn while interning is very helpful in the future when you get a job. I learned how to check document of employee on base and how to do prepare the document that need to be scanned, which I enjoy a lot more than checking file on base. Unfortunantly I did not get a chance to scan because there a co-worker who is on charge of that, if we can't find something on base we let her know so that document could get scanned. My mentor and the other co-workers are very nice and helpful to us because they always ask us if we need any help and we have a good relationship, especially a guy named Troy, he is funny and even if you not happy, he will make you laugh no matter what. I don't see anything wrong with my English, only the accent I have. I want to get rid of it. Each day I have to check paper if it's is on based and since I have a rubber finger, I can count with it much faster than last time. The scheduled don't affect me because I go to internship on time. Not all the classwork are getting done and I will make sure I manage my time and be responsible. Two goal I have is to complete all all the hours required and hopfully I gain more skills.
